Handed prescription from hospital in all 2 out of 3 items were I. Stock and handed to pharmacist to sign off 45 mins later still waiting with a huge queue building up.finally got the items told the 3 item would be in the following day and text would be sent to my mobile in the morning still waiting.awful service plenty of staff but no one seems to do much keep leaving the pharmacy and talking to people on shop floor.

Regularly have a Long wait for my mothers medication, which was incomplete again. I asked for a little bit of help/humanity to be show. A cold and VERY unhelpful young lady serving. Dreadful.

Went in to get medication at 12.40pm after checking online if closed for lunch. Only to be told they were closed for lunch??? I am disabled and it hurts to walk at the best of times. Did not need to be having to repeat the walk in to back of the store again for meds. Update opening times please!
