This chemist has served wem for many years with no issues until the manager Martha was moved to Whitchurch and since then it’s totally disorganised and very long wait even if it a pre ordered prescription give in a week early I’m seriously looking to find another way of getting our medication as this chemist just adds to the stress of every day life please please get this chemist sorted wem community rely on it but it a complete shambles please bring back our beloved Martha or someone as good as she was

I am 85, my husband 92. Having mobility problems, and having a husband with dementia, I arranged for my medication from this chemist to be delivered. I have to wait a week or more for this after ordering and on many occasions only half the total prescription delivered. They do not answer their phone most times or take it off the hook. When I have asked someone to collect for me, a half hour wait in a long queue is not unusual. At this moment I am taking only three out of 7 medications as I am completely out of them and cannot get access to this awful pharmacy. I would rate them the worse possible and advise against using them. DD
