Every time I visit the Lode Lane Solihull chemist the staff are stood around gossiping and have some false sense of superiority- they are there to serve and assist but seem to feel that this is an inconvenience. They never have the full prescription despite the items being common, and they always say the items will be in the next day but I have had to wait weeks on occasion. This is the worst chemist I have been to and find the staff are rude and unhelpful even though there are so many of them. They waste time standing around or leisurely stacking shelves instead of ensuring good customer service. Hingleys should use their staff effectively- more doesn't mean better - and train them.
