I have been using this pharmacy for repeat prescriptions for several years now since they opened. After giving them numerous/umpteen chances in the hope that they would improve I have now reached the point where I have to admit defeat and state that Tesco Pharmacy Chester road are dreadful, unprofessional, sloppy and rude. - They often ignored my request for my prescription to be repeated each month, - They have in the recent past given my prescription to someone else - who had a similar surname to mine, but had a different address and date of birth!! - When I asked why my repeat prescription was 4 days overdue, I was informed by the pharmacy assistant that my GP surgery is very busy!! I suffer with high blood pressure and the medication has to be taken each day, hence my setting up a repeat prescription service with a pharmacy. Anyhow last weekend was the last straw....I have now cancelled the TESCO pharmacy repeat prescription service. I'm going to try Boots.
