I have just been to the pharmacy on the hunt for some eyedrops for my mother who has a very nasty Eye Infection - Mary walked straight past me to the computer to the right of the reception desk, asked what i wanted and before i could finish, just said, no darling go to Crawley, I explained i had been to sainsburys in town and just kept being told no go to Crawley darling, go to crawley darling. Firstly, i do not like being called darling by a pharmacists and secondly, no other offer of help was given after explaining i could not go to crawley. I left very angry and have made a formal complaint as i just feel that this behaviour and non compliance to help patients is just not good enough.
