As someone that has a regular monthly prescription delivered by this pharmacy, I have seen significant improvements in the speed of processing and delivery of prescriptions in recent months. Previously, delivery of prescriptions was taking longer than anticipated and I would often find myself without some meds for a few days. However, significant improvements have been made in recent months and I now receive delivery of my prescription within 2 to 3 days after requesting online. Having requested my prescription online this morning, to my surprise it was delivered later in the day. I don't expect delivery same day, but never the less that was quite impressive. Clearly the pharmacy is taking steps to significantly improve their service to patients and their efforts are having the desired effect and are greatly appreciated. Very impressed, well done to the team at the pharmacy and thanks ever so much for your efforts.

Very nice staff. Medicin is also sent out to you very quickly when they got the prescription from the surgery. Never any problems. A very good pharmacy. I can really recommend this pharmacy. Comparing to Pharmacy2u this is much, much better ??????.

What a fantastic place! I went to have my Covid booster, and expecting long queues but I was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. I was offered a seat and was told that I wouldn’t have to wait long. I sat down and within minutes was being shown into the room. The lady at the computer was very friendly and really made me feel at ease, I told her I was nervous about needles and when the pharmacist came in to do my vaccination he too was very friendly. Between the two of them they put my mind at ease and the lady even offered her hand for me to hold whilst had the vaccine. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anybody. After I had the jab I was even given a packet of paracetamol and a chocolate ……. What a service!
