Apparently you have to live more than half a mile from the store to get a home delivery if you're house bound. If you're house bound does the store seriously expect you to crawl, drive your electric bed or drag yourself on some kind of modified skate board? There is no parking near the store, when you get there nine times out of ten the items aren't ready or are out of stock and apparently there's a world shortage of soluble paracetamol. It's very clear that Boots is in trouble but to keep trading while offering such an appalling service to ill people is shocking.
