I went in in person to book a flu jab for me and my husband after receiving a text invitation. The woman serving me said basically she couldn't be bothered to faff with booking 2 people in because I was the only patient receiving repeat prescriptions thorough them and not my husband, so to go home and book on-line. Guess she didn't have a real duty of care? So we did. However, our appointments for the flu jab have since been rearranged out of the blue without consulting either of us as to what might be convenient, on no less than 2 occasions to date (who knows how many more might follow?). And so from supposedly being booked in initially for 30th October, we have once been rearranged to 4th November with no explanation NOR co-operation as to whether convenient or not, to now being advised that yet again we are being postponed to 1st December instead. Why? Last year, I went to Tesco, and it was so straight forward...the booking was honoured, and I could do my shopping afterwards, NO STRESS. So, what is going on here? There is absolutely NO care to explain at least WHY we have been rebooked not once, but TWICE now? HELLO?!!!

Shocking service medication never right .. constantly having to go without crucial medication due to the inefficient service. I am actually writing this whist stood in a queue for the 3rd time in 4 days .. heres hoping they get it right this time … will not be using them again

Shocking Pharmacy!! I went to collect my prescription only to be after 7 days only to be told it wasn’t ready as they have been busy and could I collect it later in the day! No! I am a busy working person and my time is precious! I call back a few days later and ring first to make sure its ready only to be told it’s ready but there is a problem with one of the medications! 1, Why was I not told this on the first visit? 2, Why was I told there was a problem getting my medication from all manufactures when I went elsewhere and got all my medication straight away!? Bare faced lies and this is NOT acceptable and I will be taking this further. My medication is important! And to top it off staff wearing their masks under their noses.
