I had one text several days ago to say my prescription was being actioned.Then nothing so i went to collect it in Bordon Boots got given a ticket for 2 items not in stock got home to find the main item wasnt in the bag and was not on the ticket saying not in stock.Went on to my computer and downloaded my prescription showing the item was approved and should have been there.Spent 10 minutes on the phone but they wouldnt answer it.Had to drive the 2 miles back to boots.Stood behind a gentleman that obviously new the lady serving so they chatted for a while whilst she very slowly scanned his items stopping to chat in between.Eventually got served and mentioned that i had been phoning to be told “we are rushed off of our feet”ughhhh Eventually she found my item that was missing.But no apologie.Needless to say i wont be getting any more prescriptions from there.
