Staff seem friendly and helpful enough. However... I went there on two occasions recently and found that two out of the three products I wanted from the shelves were out of date. One item was two months out of date and the other was an entire five months out of date. I think a little more time needs to be invested in stock rotation, especially with medicines. I pointed out the errors to the staff, but no explanation or apology was given. The only feedback I received was a bewildered "oh..." as the items were casually put to one side to be dealt with another time. Also, on my most recent visit, the cashier short-changed me by an entire £11.00. The product was £5.95 and I paid with a £20.00 note. She gave me back £3.05. Once prompted, she issued the correct change. Needs improvement.
