Going to this particular pharmacy you can be lucky and are going to be served by helpful staff. However, if you are not so lucky you may even find that the parmacist will destroy your prescription despite the fact that the particular doctor knows all about the patient's health issues and has prescribed the medication. The unlucky patient is then made to have yet another appointment - possibly a phone call with the doctor - before the pharmacist will relent and give the patient the prescribed medication. If this had not happened to this patient whomI know well, I would not have believed that the patient in question was kept at the chemists for 90 minutes by that pharmacist because she refused to give out what had been prescribed by the doctor. The patient had the firm impression that the pharmacist in question was really enjoying the power it seemed to give her. That particular patient quite frequently has to visit that pharmacy three and sometimes four tmes before the prescription is complete. Considering that type of service by some of the staff I do not think 5 stars is a rating.
