I’ve been using this pharmacy for a little while now. The staff are so helpful in there, always polite. However there is one member of staff that needs extra recognition. There is a very young looking pharmacist with long hair who is absolutely incredible. I’ve been in the shop several times where I’ve seen her stop what she’s doing (even when she’s v busy) and spend ages with other customers thoroughly discussing their problems. She always has time for the patients which is very rare nowadays since the GPs don’t want to know. She is an asset to this chemist. Keep up the good work

I took my daughter for her flu/covid jab, she has learning difficulties and is very nervous/frightened when it involves any jabs. The lady handled the situation brilliantly.

I am so very grateful to all the hard working staff at your chemist in Litherland and booster centre, who where so efficient friendly , You have vaccinated at lot of my family which takes a lot of worrying off my shoulders and keeping us all safe , thank you from the bottom of my heart .
