Been with them for years and particularly wonderful for me and my disabled husband as he has many different medications. Suddenly everyone's left and they just delivered 2 carry bags of his meds and said they were not doing dosset boxes anymore. Lot missing and I saw they were in a mess so said I'd call back in couple days, did so but they said we had no prescriptions to pick up, took hour to sort out that they did own then said they hadn't reviewed 2 of the 4 outstanding in end put back on and went to boots instead. Boots chemist had call while I waited and york st pharmacy said his meds were there waiting pick up. Had 15 mins before closure to drive like a maniac to get there and meds were bagged up and obviously been hidden somewhere no apology just complaints of how hard done by and busy they were. Now moved completely and fe so let down after all these years with them.
