I changed from another pharmacy to The Laurels, Boreham about a year ago having heard of the excellent service being offered to patients and customers. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable, professional, has a patient centred approach providing excellent customer service. He is reassuring when answering sometimes complex queries about medication as well as giving sound advice for more general enquires. As a frequent visitor I get the impression that the staff are very happy in their work and that it is a happy ship. The pharmacy staff are equally as helpful and obviously feel comfortable when checking with the pharmacist if and when they need to. 10/10 A* service. Thank you all.
