I purchased a blood pressure monitor from Lloyds and since buying this monitor I have never been able to get it to function correctly. I took it back to the Pharmacy in Townsend Road Minehead and was dissapointed that they would not take it back or replace it. The Monitors part number is ART/EAN 5037560021430 and cost £21.99 |

Have now waited several days for prescription. Staff don't seem to care and are most off hand when asked to explain delay. Notice from previous customer reviews all this was supposed to be improved upon. Obviously nothing has happened. Used to be a really helpful and friendly place sadly no longer. Always a buyt chemist but recently the staff are just not coping well.
I am sure there are no more customers, just unacceptable long waits for prescription collection
I went 4 times this afternoon to find queues almost out of the door. On the second occasion i waited to be served, only to find my prescription was not ready...I said I would return in about an hour to be told "leave it longer than that"
Returning almost 2 hours later, still not ready and one lady had been waiting there for a hour ...two other ladies looking very poorly were also patiently waiting.
In the end I collected my husband incomplete order and will collect mine next week.
Where are the nice friendly assistants, is there a different system ..if so bring back the old one ...or I will be going to Boots next time!! Original Comment Report...
