I was so overwhelmed with the kind and accommodating service here. I highly recommend this NVS Pharmacy!! I went home and realised I had requested the wrong medication. In a panic I called the Pharmacist 20 minutes before his closing time and I live and hour away. I was not sure I could even switch the medication let alone get there. Not only was he able to help get me the right meds but he was willing to wait for me. This was incredibly kind- instead we found a solution that an uber would deliver the meds. So the Pharmacist put them in the uber and called me back that all was well. This was above and beyond and I am so very grateful. The next day I went in to sort things out and they are all just so pleasant. I highly recommend this lively NVS Pharmacy!!

I work in Baker Street and have used this pharmacy for nearly 10 years. The pharmacist and their colleague are knowledgeable and extremely helpful on a wide variety of health issues. I have recommended this shop to a large number of my colleagues and all of them have come back to say how helpful the team are there. The staff in the shop are also friendly- we always have a chat- and there are great offers on perfume and make up fantastic for Christmas and birthday gifts. I can’t speak highly enough of them and I have to say this is the first review I have ever been motivated to make.
