Several times I have visited this chemist lately. An atmosphere of discontent as soon as you enter the shop. Today was shambolic. Customer service skills nil. very unprofessional and my prescription ordered a week ago was not ready amongst the jumble of chaos. 45 minutes before I was acknowledged. One member of staff look so frightened to look you in the eye and appeared clueless. I saw 5 members of staff and not one addressed the queue of people waiting to apologise for the inconvenience . I complained to a member of staff and addressed the unprofessional service to customers. This member of staff said I should understand having worked in medical practice, my concern was the upheaval of the collection of drugs and the frightened look of the member of staff who could not find anything in this non systematic system . My fears were heightened that during this chaos that someone may receive the wrong collection of drugs and wondered about safe practice. A few elderly clients waiting and complaining saying it was always like this. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

Dosset boxes run out Friday morning every week and I have to argue with them each and every week to get them delivered to me but still they never arrive I think they need to close
