My experience from this chemist is to tell people to go somewhere else as my son needs vital medications and when going to collect it they make you wait for over an hour even though they have told you the medication is available for collection the last time I went to collect it I admit I had not gone down to chemist straight after the text to say it was ready but was informed they had thrown the tablets away !!!! Which when medication is so expensive was a complete waste off money I will never go in there again I have never been in and not heard someone moaning about them the lady serving wants to learn some customer service KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS CHEMIST

Last experience with this chemist was terrible. After waiting for my prescription to be filled for 20 minutes, the lady behind the counter asked me what I was waiting for. I then found out from her that the tall Asian lady who had taken my prescription off me (and who had almost trampled on my dog in her stilettos) had just dumped it in a tray and not bothered to tell anyone it was there. The male chemist told me that there was a problem with my prescription (which was fair enough) but he didn't explain it very well and told me I could go to another chemist (after I'd been waiting for half an hour!). I won't be using this chemist again.
