This pharmacy has never had the medicine I have been prescribed. The surgery sends prescriptions there directly although is not a good pharmacy. They never answer the phone either, so that one could check whether the medicine has arrived. Usually takes way longer than they originally estimate.

Picked up my prescription today, again items missing, this is the second time in three months, the last time I reported the missing items to the duty manager, her response was to reorder from the surgery, this cost the NHS money because of the bad service from Boots. This afternoon I have been ringing Boots to report the missing items, but they will not answer the phone.
