I’m really sorry to hear you've been experiencing some issues with the service of our staff at our Stapleford- Stapleford HC pharmacy and I would like to apologise on their behalf. It's clear that the branch isn't meeting the high standards we expect from our branches, with the level of customer service on both phone calls and in store as well as honoring promises which I assume are related to your prescriptions. I would like to assure that I will be following up with the branch manager to feedback on the level of customer service we expect from all of our branches as well as meeting our customers expectations on their prescriptions. if you have several days not hours to wait to collect a prescription then this is your place....social life of staff more important than customers. Staff using phone to "chat" to friends (unless suppliers/business colleagues of course need to know where to meet up at 8.30 P.M. that night, no doubt to see who has annoyed the most customers that day). have waited 4 days for prescription, excuse 1....not arrived from Dr. 2. mislaid.....3 am I sure I haven't collected it already !!!. 4 done but needs checking will take 5 mins......15 mins later I say I will call back 5. still checking eventually it arrives ….Plus ALL STAFF need to be taught one little word... sorry....sorry I ignore anyone at counter whilst I am chatting to college…..sorry we are keeping you waiting while we "play shop" sorry we have yet again mislaid your prescription....sorry you have been kept waiting....sorry you didn't use a decent chemist and we can now have the pleasure of treating you like the fool you must be to keep coming in here but hey do we care...hell no!!! fine for overpriced over the counter tablets...cheaper at boots also local
