I arrived at 4.45pm and iwaited in the queue the staff saw me when I got served the lady said they they are going on a break and I couldn't get my medication till tomorrow. I am suffering in pain and I waited a long time why didn't they tell me when I was in a queue. Iv been up since 5am for work and trying to get to the doctors then I can't have my medication because they all going on a break. What a joke they should take it in turns taking breaks

Didn’t have the medication in yesterday and shut at six today.hope I get some luck tomorrow, people moan about having to wait for an hour this will be three days

Took my prescription in was told it be a 30min wait so told them I nip to shop then hesitated and said oh erm actually an hour so I said OK I be back in a hour and abit. Went back to wait in a long que to be refused to have my prescription and was told they refused to dispense it as it isn't an emergency! ? Which is absolute disgrace. I really needed my medication as my hands get cut badly and bleed and can barely use my hands and get badly inflamed and get a risk of infection and you think you have the right to pick and choose who can have their prescription and who cant down to your judgement! Plus I pay for my medication. Absolutely p*ss take. When you actually allow me and decide I can have my meds down to your say so I won't be coming back to your ridiculous crappy pharmacy
