An assistant working at the pharmacy was giving me as much help and advice as possible. The assistant was told by the management to 'cut the consultation' in a very rude way. The assistant then went behind the desk where they were being told off for speaking to us patients. The poor assistant then felt under pressure and I was very disgusted by this as me and my daughter were the only people in the pharmacy.
