Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have found the length of time it takes between prescription receipt to contact for collection seems to be taking longer each time. As of today I have decided to move my chemist as the service is just getting worse. The prescription was due 15 July 2021, I called in person at the chemist on Monday 19th July to be told that it was held and would be dispensed. By 22nd I had still had no contact to collect. I made another personal visit to be told it had been received and will be dispensed. This wasn't good enough. I have now changed chemists. | |||||||

A few years ago I wrote a very bad review for this chemist. I received an apology and didn't expect things to change. However, I use the chemist quite a lot for prescriptions and I have to now compliment them on the improved service. I had cause to speak to the practitioner there because of high blood pressure and he was very attentive and gave excellent advice. My scripts are usually ready and waiting or I just have to wait a few minutes for them to be done. Well done to the staff and the chemist chain for listening to my complaint and doing something about it. Thank you Original Comment Report...
