Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

In the 20 years that I have been taking medication never once has there been a mistake in the making up of all those prescriptions. Until this year that is...4 times this year there have been mistakes which is not a problem if they are rectified. Yesterday I was hoping that the pharmacist would do just this. Not only did he not do so, he refused to acknowledge that a mistake had been made never mind apologise. Instead he was arrogant, impatient, intimidating, very rude and condescending. I left the pharmacy in tears and without my meds.
Why is it that just because we are ill people think we are stupid? This might be the only pharmacy in the village but it is not the only village with a pharmacy the Well Group would do well to remember that. Original Comment Report... I have complex medical diseases and have dealt with a number of pharmacies over the 20 years, I have been going to Melbourn for approx 10+ years and they are by far the best pharmacy I have dealt with. They are kind and caring, go above their call of duty to ensure all my needs are met The staff are always friendly, welcoming, polite and professional and I am always greeted with a lovely smile. Without their support and attention to detail I would not be able to manange my health issues as well as I do, I just couldnt do it without them. I am extremely grateful to all the team!
