Pharmacist refused to dispense my GP prescription. This person was rude, arrogant and completely without compassion. The prescription was return into the system leaving me to struggle back to my GP surgery to try to get some help. This all happened in a shop full of people - no attempt was made to speak to me privately This used to be a very helpful pharmacy but this is just the last of a long line of problems my family have had with them

It would be really helpful if I was able to contact the pharmacy on the phone. Very rare to get through without a very long wait, or being told to call back later.
