This pharmacy has let me down many times over prescriptions, and the stock they don't reorder for several days after they have run out( tobacco replacement that I can't get anywhere else in the village.) I will now travel miles to avoid using them.

pewsey surgery gives a waiting time of three working days upon reciept of online medication request, however in my experience i have had to wait upto 7 working days to recieve medication...this being after making btwo/three phone calls..almost always being told.,.it has not yet come down from surgery?/delays caused by staff sickness/holidays/etc etc..i would much rather be told the truth in that the system appears to be overloaded and cant possibly function in the way it is purported to work as stated.. so please re-write procedures so as at the very least clients will know the depths of time scale to expect begs the question.. is it Boots or, Pewsey surgery at fault? ask whoever you like to.. there is nothing you will be told to help! go on! give it a go! good luck!
