Very helpful team especially their repeat prescription service, which I would recommend to anyone who is on regular medications. They sourced the only brand of my particular medication that suits me, whereas Heathgate Medical practice refused and insisted they could only supply me with a brand that gives me severe side affects. I do pay for my prescriptions and appreciate the time the people in this pharmacy have spent helping me. They are always courteous, bright and cheerful and do a great job.

We make many demands each month on this pharmacy and have never been let down. On one occasion when our surgery had probably repeated the order for drugs the pharmacy phoned us to explain what we needed to do. One of us has had two efficient reviews of our medication carried out in private, quickly and tactfully. Staff are always pleasant even if they look as if they have a great deal to do. I hope they get paid appropriately well.
