My sister phoned to ask when her antibiotics will be ready rude man who works there said are you coming to collect it which my sister replied no as she is bed bound then he Goes is your family going to come she said no one available( as they are at work) and he replied by saying v bad he needs to learn some etiquettes how to speak on the phone obviously has no phone manners it happened on 2nd Feb
