I phoned the chemist to ask if it were possible to get my prescription delivered as I've been working very long hours and unable to collect it, the person on the phone said that he will see if it can be put in the self serve collection, which thankfully he did. I've always found Day Lewis Pharmacy to be good, yes a couple of staff members are rude but I get this as its a very busy pharmacy and the ladies who serve you are not only trying to make everyone happy but they also take alot of stick which is out of their control. Overall a good, friendly pharmacy just around the corner to where I live | |||||||

I arrived on a Saturday at 12:55 as it shuts at 1pm. I had to wait outside as only 2 maximum allowed in store and there were 2 in there. Then one of the staff came and locked the door at 12:58 not relaying any communication. Shortly after this lady named Rose opened the door let the other customers out and then abruptly said we are closed, slammed the door and locked it. Phoned the shop spoke to Nick the manager and he was a total waste of time too as no interest in the customer at all. Extremely poor customer service ?? | |||||||

I have ordered my repeat prescription twice now. The Doctors surgery have electronically sent this pharmacy the prescription so I can collect it a few days later. The first time, the prescription hadn’t been prepared and I had to wait for half an hour. The second time, they didn’t even have the drug in stock even though they had had days to source it.
This pharmacy is totally disorganised and the staff seem to be running around like headless chickens! Next time, I’ll ask the Doctors surgery to send the prescription elsewhere. Original Comment Report... | |||||||
