The male pharmacist with ginger hair is very rude..he needs sacking

Called and put in repeat prescriptions for myself and mum as usual. Was not told anything on phone. Went to pick up following week to be told that mums not ready as prescription not been sent through. Go into doctors to find out mum has been put on a new ‘refresh’ thing where requests are sent automatically to pharmacist for 6 months then a request has to go to doctors for next 6 months to be released but that pharmacist should tell us when they give us the last prescription so we know to put in the request with the doctor before the next lot. So put in the request with doctors for next lot to be released. Go back to pharmacy over a week later and wait another half hour plus to be told again that prescription not with them. Go back in to doctors where the receptionist goes and gets a doctor to sign the prescription off there and then. I go back to the pharmacy and wait again in the queue to be told that ‘yes’ they do now have the prescription but won’t issue it then as they are going to lunch! This pharmacy is still only seeing 1 customer at a time and each customer takes them at least 5-10 minutes to process (although this seems to decidedly speed up when it gets close to their lunch!). I have used this pharmacy since it opened in Havant Health Centre and it used to be good but the care and service is just not there anymore and customers are almost treated like they should be grateful as they are doing them a favour giving them their prescriptions. It’s such a shame, the staff morale looks to be at an all time low and the pharmacist is arrogant. Will be going elsewhere and I’d advise anyone thinking of using them to think again! By the time I actually get my prescriptions I will have done 6 journeys in my car and wasted about 2 hours of my precious time!

Don't rely on the closing time stated as 18.00 hrs as it is inaccurate. I have been to collect prescriptions on 3 occasions well before the time stated to be greeted by the shutters down and obviously closed. VERY INCONVENIENT!! If they don't want to stay open until the stipulated time they should change their opening times on all platforms to reflect this.
