I visited after an on line 111 referral, and was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency (especially since the online referral didn't ask what I actually wanted, and gave a general Tesco cafe/grocery 0345..select 1-4 then oops! too late, off ya pop and cut off..phone number..) Arrived at counter, expecting to jump through the usual hoops. Pharmacist, on his own, boldly came to the counter with no obvious concern for his own safety. He didn't skulk in the background eyeing me suspiciously, discuss me with about 4 other people, while peeping round for a gander, or frown at the screen like I expected. He confirmed my name, address etc, what I wanted, no repeating information all over again. I didn't have to a answer a list of questions or plead my case. Very short wait. That sort of service shouldn't be taken for granted. Didn't even have time to give any verbal abuse (always a down side...) Thankyou. What a star.
