I went into this pharmacy after becoming very poorly with a 10 day old viral cold which left me breathless and extremely unwell. After walking in I started to explain that I felt unwell with this cold and the man behind the counter just rolled his eyes!! I was going to explain what I had taken in the last 10 days and to see if they could recommend anything else to relieve my terrible symptoms. The other man in the pharmacy (who I expect was the pharmacist) then told me in an unkind manner that did I expect him to give me antibiotics when the condition was viral. I left feeling utterly awful and with no help at all. I had heard it was not the same anymore and with the rudeness of the two men (I won't call them gentlemen ??) and the fact that the shelves were virtually empty I ended up going to Roseberry Street pharmacy instead where I was helped considerably better and with products recommended by them.
