I asked for strong painkiller for my husband’s use following a nasty fall. The assistant fetched the pharmacist who carefully checked my husband’s long list if prescribed meds, to find which painkiller was appropriate. The recommended one was carefully explained to me and I took it home. Later my husband phoned the surgery and the doctor prescribed an even stronger painkiller. This all happened today, first day back after Easter and Lightwater Pharmacy was extremely busy all day. The staff received the new prescription on the internet and had it ready within an hour. The service today while they were under pressure was wonderful. Thank you so much for your care and courtesy and competence. ??
