I have my prescriptions delivered to this pharmacy as a block, it is convenient as it is attached to the doctors and I never know when I am available due to work. In fact I have trusted Rowlands to keep 6 months supply of medicines I rely on, on a daily basis. Over the last year I have seen a huge decline (as these other review point out), every review has terrible feedback and promising responses and yet no action has been taken. It is easy to provide a canned PR response but when will any noticeable action be delivered? I am not personally blaming any individual of the staff, but at the management and regional level they are understaffed and undertrained. I would appreciate a response to this with a clear guideline of how and when steps will be taken to improve the pharmacy. As I said I have put trust in you to provide me medication.
