Terrible pharmacy you can never get through on the phone , been waiting 4 weeks for an mst medication , to be told that they had rang my GP for an alternative one that’s was the first lie , I rang my doctors and they said they had done no such thing ,second lie my husband went to pick up my medication she said oh it’s not here despite been ordered 6 days prior , I rang up she told me my husband hadn’t wanted to wait another lie , she told him it wasn’t there , this chemist seems to have gone down rapidly , there used to be a lovely lady sorry am unsure of her name Corrine I think she was polish , but she ran that pharmacy like clock work ,now they just have a bunch of disgraceful rude staff . Looking for an alternative pharmacy to get my repeat medication every month now , once , twice maybe you can expect mistakes but every prescription it’s getting a bit much |

Family member had been waiting for delivery of medicines. Took 3 days to get through via phone only to be told they were 3 days behind. No problem as I said I would pick up instead as urgently needed. Arrived mid Saturday morning and the door was locked. No sign to say why though we could see staff in the back. An elderly man was in front of me who had been waiting too. After knocking a few times the grey haired assistant came with a big sigh telling us they were shut due to computer problems. Her manner was disgraceful. She spoke to both of us very rudely with no apologies and clearly unhappy that we had knocked. As as if we should have known they were shut. We did get our medications but I am shocked at the way we were treated as if we were muck under her feet. I accept everyone has bad days but this does not justify her rudeness and how she spoke to us. This seems the norm for this individual as she is always rude. No idea how someone with such bad customer interaction is allowed to get away with speaking to the vulnerable and poorly people they way she does. She need some training on his to interact with customers Shame on you all for allowing this behaviour. |
