The staff and pharmacists at Boss pharmacy are always super helpful and friendly, they go the extra mile to solve problems (which often happens to me as my prescription is a little complicated and isn’t always communicated correctly by my GP) I live just across the road so it’s super useful that they are open fairly early and close in time for me to pop in on my way back from work.

I moved to the area a few months back and everyone at Boss Pharmacy has been great. They have been very helpful when I almost ran out of medication, always process repeat prescriptions etc. quickly and efficiently. Every time I go in they are being helpful to someone. A breath of fresh air!

Boss Pharmacy is like part of my family. When I say I need something they instantly make sure it is available or ordered for me.I am disabled so they are particularly helpful to me with home delivery of my medications. I can't tell you how valuable this is to me. Two members of staff are absolutely exceptional, wonderful people. they are the hardest workers in the store. They are always up to their eyes in work,making sure they do their work efficiently and professionally but at the same time being friendly kind and caring. one of these staff members remided me of my flu vaccination at times which is invaluable to me as I often forget things. I cant say enough about this pharmacy and its amazing staff. It is a lifeline for me. Another member of staff also reflects his professionalism on his staff and the way the business is run. People remember my name when I ring up and are always quickly on the case if I have the slightest need. Their personal touch along with kindness, caring and wanting to help, is rare these days. I love Boss Pharmacy and the staff.
