They made a mistake with a prescription and were rude and hostile when this was brought to their attention. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the behaviour of the couple that work in this pharmacy. One is very very pushy and unfriendly and was annoyed when I did not go with their advise of purchasing an item that was grosely overpriced when a far cheaper one was available in the shop also, my sister has had similar problems and will never be going there again as a consequence. Totally unacceptable and l urge others to go elsewhere, they simply do not deserve the custom. Disgraceful. As a lifetime Ruislip resident I have never had such shocking customer service!! Avoid.
