A brilliant local friendly chemist who look after both myself and my family (and our multiple complicated health problems!) very well. Lovely to usually see the same faces and pharmacists on duty as they get too now you and pick up any problems with prescriptions (usually caused by my incompetent GPs practice!) and have them fixed in a jiffy!! Excellent advice given out if you ask for the pharmacist and have a minor ailment. Their own brand Numark medicines are excellent value for money and just as good as the brand names that cost often up to5 times the price! Just wished the pharmacists on a Saturday were period the regular staff who knew you well (often seems to be a locum who's answer to problems is 'see the staff in Monday to sort it out!') but we can't have it all can we?!

I collected my prescription from here yesterday. The member of staff who took the prescription was friendly and helpful. However the person who dispensed my prescription was the exact opposite.
Unfortunately I could not see their name badge but as they gave me my meds they thrust a form on the counter and told me to sign it. When I enquired why they intimated that unless I signed they could not dispense my meds.
At no point did they use polite language
They made it sound like a necessity to sign not an option
there was no explanation
there was no It would be a good idea it...
It was merely, you need to sign this.
When I got home I found a form explanation that the form I signed meant that all my repeat prescriptions were to be sent to Rowlands for collection.
I have no intention of allowing Rowlands to do any such thing.
Do not use this chemist unless its to be served by the nice member of staff, and then only if you are buying non-prescription items.
