Great experience using this store this morning. My points weren’t synched with my card and there were problems with the counter assistant when she tried to use my points as a sale. She could have just left it at that, me going home without my perfume but instead……. she went above and beyond to help. Another counter assistant came to the till to help out and it was with her phone skills I was able to go home with my perfume. Those 2 young ladies are a credit to the store and deserve a pay rise, or at least some appreciation for the way they worked as a team.
