BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from Betnel (sales assistant) I recently purchased white nailing vanish and wanted to return it, when I came in I was told that I couldn’t because it was considered as “makeup” it did not state this on my receipt therefore I am well in my rights for a refund, on arrival before the situation the Eastern European lady was lovely and polite and once the refund was approved she and her collegue turned ugly. They were very passive aggressive and rude, I would just like to say the money is not coming out of their wages and maybe they should smile a little bit more or go back to training and learn how to deliver good customer service. Let’s not be ugly on the inside and the outside :)
