Once again they have failed to deliver my script which they have had since Tuesday, it is now Friday. This is a regular occurrence. And shouldn't be allowed

I tried to phone them a good 20 minutes before closing time as i needed some advice on some medication i had got from A&E as i seemed to be having side affects. The phone was ringing for nearly the full 20 minutes, when i got through i heard them pick up the phone and put it straight down which just shows how unprofessional and how unwilling they are to help! thought this was very RUDE. Would not rate this chemist, dont waste your time with them.
