I had spoken to one of the pharmacy staff to ask for my wife’s prescription, I was told it’s ready and I can come and collect , when I arrived to collect the prescription in the following day , I was surprised that there was no prescription at all, and the staff told me it’s her mistake for telling me the wrong information, Now My wife had to wait until Tuesday to get her pain killers , it’s controlled drugs therefore can not get it through 111 or emergency No remorse or apology or even suggestion that my wife can get the pain killers until Tuesday , I’m moving from super drug Holloway to boots since they are excellent Very disappointed from there lack of remorse , lack of information, and lack off humanity
