Rang to have prescription delivered but told I have to come in and pay first as they don’t take payment online or over the phone so a)what’s the point I may as well collect my prescription when I go in to pay b) If I’m not well enough to get there, I now have to find someone to go in for me. What do people do who don’t have anyone? Do they wait until they are well enough to go and get it ? This doesn’t make sense at all. Serious flaw in the system. Ironically if you don’t have to pay for prescriptions you’re good as they will deliver?!

My script went in Tuesday but never got delivered so I went to the Pharmacy on Thursday to pick it up as I had missed two medications Which I have to take ,they had not even taken it out of the Process machine.I also have a item that has to be ordered,I asked if it had been it hadn’t,I asked why and was told it was because of Covid,I didn’t know a computer could get Covid,it could have been ordered in one minute.Ah well such are the travails of a pharmacy.

I changed to delivery of medicine 5 weeks ago, have been getting delivered ok, till this week, yesterday it didn't arrive. I rang up and was spoken to in a very very condescending way that I'm not on the delivery option, I explained I have been getting delivered for the last 4 weeks, only to be told in a sarcastic tone, no love you don't get deliveries, I explained again I do and basically told I'm a liar as she repeated no love you don't get deliveries and nothing they can do till after Easter, I asked them to check my delivery history, was told no love doesn't show, nothing we can do. I'm now out of my bi polar medicine, looking after my son having seizures so can't get out to chemist,. Last week I was was delivered the wrong medicine, and given something they forgot to give me in January, it's an absolute joke, and the attitude of the staff member I spoke to was woeful
