I’ve been going to this chemist for a long time and had got used to long waits. Recently it has been taken over by a new manager and my last two visits have been brilliant. As other people 45 minute wait for medication on numerous occasions
On one visit I was told the pharmacist was on her lunch and waited an hour !
Not good when you work full time and spare time is precious

Every time I've been in here there is always a ridiculous queue and the wait time for medication is dreadful! The staff behind the counter seems clueless and could do with undertaking some customer service skills training, incredibly rude and abrupt!!!
Left today without all of my prescription as 45min wait was enough for anybody!
