went in 5 mins late. Pharmacy man refused me service. I needed my medicine urgently, ha FYI go to A and E instead.

During the last few months, on three occasions, 1. Assistant staring at a computer and asking customer to wait, tuned up after 5 mins. 2. Promised to order medicine to be available for next day, but when turned up, no order was placed, staff had no clue, need to go back after two days. 3. Waiting is more than 45 mins.

Waited at the counter for about 15 minutes while farmacy assistant had a chat with his friend about gardening and weather, I was completely ignored and not even acknowledged, finaly he finished his irrelevant chat and unwillingly moved towards me, I presented my prescription and he asked to sign on it and same moment another guy walked in, so he left me standing there and moved on to the guy that just walked in and started a chat with him following with servise, so my cup was overfilled with ignorance and I just left. People like him should never face customer service positions. I will never go back there again and filled official complain to asda.
