Unfortunately each time I have been to pick up a repeat prescription at this pharmacy the staff have been unhelpful and rude. They are stand-offish and uncommunicative. On my most recent visit they Gad a problem with their dispensing system, but they just left me waiting around for 10 minutes instead of letting me know. And then just told me to try and come back later. Everyone can appreciate that things don’t work from time to time, but rudeness and ignoring customers is not acceptable. I will be changing back to Figg’s pharmacy for my next prescription - it’s a bit out of the way for me but worth the extra time to deal with pleasant staff as opposed to obstinate ones.

Queued for prescription and they put up a notice on the counter to say their pharmacist was out for lunch. In the middle of the afternoon. Didn't speak to me, apologise or anything. Incredibly rude.
