Every person that comes in is made to wait while they check the prescription they have had for over a week and see if they even have the medication, heavily understaffed and terrible wait times won’t be returning

I visited the pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription. The male chemist who served me was wearing his face mask below his nose. When challenged by me he pulled up the mask, only for it to slip back under his nose another 3 times. Very poor in the current climate.

Never understand why a prescription that has been there for over a week is only made up while you wait it never used to be like that It explains why this chemist is always full with people waiting. I always have problems with my prescriptions despite being on most of them for years. The phone hardly ever gets answered and when it does i have been left on hold for 7mins and then cut off . Very poor service compared to years ago and i am in the majority by saying so if you go by the comments of the people in there
