Too many people behind the counter running around as headless chickens. Two prescriptions, same surname in different boxes. On a plus note staff are aware. Friendly with a sense of humour. I'm guessing that the new ownership has much to do with the chaos.

Went to pick up a pre ordered prescription. After 20 minutes I was served and my prescription was incomplete. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them to add items and even then they still owed me an item. Had similar issues in the past. This is the last time I will use them for my prescriptions ( after I have picked up my owing items). Have now changed where my repeat prescriptions are sent to Tesco instead. Why leave incomplete prescriptions sitting waiting for days to be collected instead of completing them when stock arrives so they are ready for collection? Very frustrating. Will never use this Pharmacy again.
