you wait ages to always be told they havnt had the prescription and then when I go to the doctors reception who are even more imcompitent they tell me the chemist definetely have it so you go back and wait ages again and then surprise surprise it is there and now it's gonna take at least 30 mins to dispense it. And then more often than not after you've waited they then tell you that they only have half of your prescription. Its a joke. The only saving grace in that place is Sarah she's amazing considering what she's working with and a couple of the young girls are nice enough too.

This place is terrible and incompetent beyond belief. You wait over 30 mins for prescriptions only to find they haven't done them all, when you say there should be another one or two they go back and check only to say it will be another 30 mins. On a few occasions they haven't given all the items or part of some so they owe you but when you get home and check you phone them and they say no there's nothing here owed and say go back to doctor for another prescription even though they haven't fulfilled the full prescription. I have to check each time at the counter now! Honestly this is by far the worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of using. Couple of the staff are nice but overall the customer service is terrible and the place is in serious need of new management and staff training because almost each time my items are never fully correct and always end up having to go back or phone them.

I’ve been using this pharmacy to collect my repeat electronic prescriptions for over a year now and it’s rare that the experience has been smooth. On many occasions, the pharmacy has denied receiving my electronic prescription and blamed my surgery. I obviously can’t comment on who’s fault these errors are but it doesn’t help that I then have to sort out the issue myself when I’ve even shown staff my phone screen showing the order and what date it was approved. Why should I have to act as the piggy in the middle every time this happens?! My latest trip there was even more incredulous. I submitted my repeat prescription electronically as normal, waited for it to be approved and went the next day to the pharmacy to collect it. I waited for a short while to then be told that my prescription had been sent to a central point for processing under a new system being trialled. I was told it would probably be ready to collect in another 3 days. I literally couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I asked the lady to repeat herself. She said it again and asked “if that was ok?” I replied “well I haven’t got much choice have I”. She then suggested that I should start submitting my prescriptions 5 days in advance of when I would need it! To end the story, the prescription was there when I went back 3 days later and sued enough it was in a bag with a label showing that it had been “picked” in Surrey. So to collect my prescription cost me two lots of petrol and double the amount of time because of a new system being trialled that has not been advertised or communicated to customers. I’ll be changing my pharmacy by the way.

Hi there I am very sorry for the poor experience you’ve had when visiting our pharmacy and that your prescription took longer than expected to dispense. I can confirm we have an automated system that assembles our prescriptions at a central location before they are returned for distribution from your local store. The system is a major innovation in pharmacy and is continually being evaluated and developed. I understand this must have been very frustrating. I do apologise for the inconvenience and any upset this matter has caused. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and I will ensure this is passed on to the Field Management Team.
