I have used this pharmacy for last two years and wish Id never told my doctor I would get my prescriptions from there. The last three times I have been there there has been a sign saying closed for lunch. There is nowhere to say this should be closed in the opening times. The lasttime this happened I asked an assistant behind the counter what time lunch finished and they said when they are back. Very helpful not! Just been in again for this months tablets and once again closed! Waited half an hour until sign was removed. I asked about being closed. They said we are very short staffed at the moment. No sorry. Just blank looks on their faces. Im sorry but I wish I didnt have to use this dreadful place. It has the worst customer service in Newmarket.

It is really hard to give even one star for this pharmacy and it's only because of the staff who is working in there. I am working in the rookery so I am often going for shopping in there, but after my 4th time trying to be served in this pharmacy I will never do it again. You have to wait at least 5 minutes until someone coming and asking how they can help. Very not friendly and I am at all can't understand how such people can work in the pharmacy. I am pregnant and I wanted my blood pressure to be checked today so I popped in before work and I asked if they could help. First the assistant asked why I can't go to my GP???? ( everythere signs that you get free blood pressure checked ). I said I can if they can't and then the assistant said if I can wait 5 minutes. The assistant wasn't that busy, they even did not asked me am I feeling OK and wasn't back even after 15 minutes so I just left. I never would go there again
